How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
As early as you can, particularly during busy holiday periods. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings where possible; give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you monitor flight delays?
We charge about £145 to West London, depending on the exact destination and journey time. Your driver will quote a firm price when you book.
Are airport transfer prices fixed?
Our price for your taxi to Central London from Haslemere is unchanged in 2026 and remains at £155 plus the £18 Congestion Charge. During peak traffic times we reserve the right to add £10 or so for the extra time. We generally allow at least 1 hour and 30 minutes but during peak traffic 2 hours. This will get you to the Theatre District, Royal Opera House, Chelsea, Mayfair, Belgravia, and Soho.
Do you provide child seats?
Allow 2 hours to arrive in the financial district of The City of London from Haslemere by taxi. We charge £175plus the £18 Congestion Charge and supply you with paper or e-mail receipts.
Can I book a return airport transfer?
We can drive you to North London from Haslemere 24/7 in our range of taxis and our 2026 price is £195 plus the Congestion Charge if we go through the centre. Around the North Circular it is £180.
Do you offer meet and greet services?
Obviously the longest in terms of time and distance, priced at £210 plus the Congestion Charge of £18 if the zone is accessed. To use the M25 and Dartford Crossing we charge £210. Allow at least 2 hours during non-peak traffic and 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive unflustered during rush hours.
